Fleming's Steakhouse - LA

Food was great. Mashed potatoes were a bit cold.

The food is always delicious. You can’t go wrong with a bone in ribeye and a blue berry martini. And... the service was great.

Took the wife to Fleming’s before our B52’s, Berlin and OMD concert at LA Live. It was our first time at Fleming’s and everything was fantastic! From our greeting to waiter to ambience and the food itself. We will definitely be a returning customer.

I will definitely go back. We had a very nice evening at the restaurant prior to going to a show.

My server didn’t come over til after almost 8 mins of being seated . Then he just didn’t seem to care about us . My meal was prepared wrong & the fake “ we’re sorry “ didn’t help cuz I had a steak with no shrimp topping which I had to wait another 10 mins for .. while my steak got cold .. I normally love this place but last night made me feel like I have to go back to Morton’s

They screwed up my steak 3 times. First time overcooked, second time undercooked, third time overcooked and tough. No 4th time, I was over it. Blown away that this location could not get this right.

Truly disappointed , First off the waiter said hes just "winging" it for tonight and seated us in the middle of the walk way when there where other booths and tables available luckily a manager saw this and re state us. Also the food order was completed incorrectly instead of crabbers we where served lobster and the cocktails where subpar.

Always excellent at Fleming’s restaurants. I got the filet and waffles. Only disappointment was the waffles were entirely dry. Could have used a sauce of some kind.

They accommodated my colleagues and I last minute (a group of 13) and organised a private room which was generous. Everything was perfect apart from 3 overcooked steaks (two were even well-done and dry). It was a bit of a pity because the experience was otherwise very nice.

My wife and I visited Fleming's on a Friday night with three other people. Our reservation was at 7:00pm and we were promptly seated upon arrival. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and they greeted her with a birthday card which was a nice personal touch. The wine list was extensive with various varietals and price points. We got bottle of cab sauv from Napa for about $100 which was delicious. Steaks were cooked perfectly as would be expected; however, I felt they were not as flavorful as other steakhouses we've visited. That is not to say they were not good. They were delicious, but I've had better and thus the reason for the four stars and not five. Maybe I'm just a "steak snob" since I've eaten at a lot of steakhouses, but for this night, the steak at Fleming's was just above average as opposed to outstanding. On another note, the lobster bisque was amazing and the mac and cheese was delicious as well. All in all, a satisfying dinner at a place with great ambiance and just enough energy to indicate that this was a happening place! Would definitely visit Fleming's LA again.

I always enjoy going to Flemings but to drop $1K on dinner for seven and get only a $10 validation against the $30 tab to park at LA Live is beyond cheap.

Yes I would. We used to live at Met Lofts for 6 years and ate at Flemings numerous times and always loved it; sometimes at the bar and sometimes at a table. We also hosted parties there. We always loved it. The only thing we were disappointed with were the famous Flemings potatoes. Someone changed the recipe and instead of being more of a rich and creamy gratin, they were layered dry and covered with more of a yellow cheddar sauce. We asked the manager what happened and he said someone else said the same thing and he took it off our bill. That was fine but PLEASE bring back those awesome potatoes.

As always, food, drink, and service was amazing! Will definitely keep coming back!

Indian server was the worst I’ve encountered at a steak restaurant

Friend & I were celebrating belated 4th of July!

The steaks were tender but two steaks were overcooked and they all could have had a better “crust.” The corn and creamed spinach sides were good. Service was confused and a manager poured the sparkling water into the wrong people’s glasses before we realized it and then a bus boy took the glasses away and dumped them but no new sparkling water was brought. The restaurant is nice but it is very loud and there is no valet parking so finding parking was challenging.

Waiter did not pay attention to us . Brought our soda half way through our meal , never checked up on us , couldent find him for 20 minutes had to ask someone eals for my check and never got any dessert that me and my fiancé wanted . We were celebrating our 8 years and this ruined the night after a lot of planning for a wonderful day . Wouldn’t recommend this spot to any one . Food was good but never receive our steak butter sauce . Like I said I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone and will not come again

Food was good as usual. Everything was timed perfectly as usual. No complaints!

We're creatures of habit and love the Tomahawk Tuesdays, although the last couple have had a few glitches. We came back for our 39th Anniversary blowout, and this time, we got everything right. The steak was outstanding, the salads (included) were excellent, and we loved the sides. The two things we've had trouble with in the past got dealt with this time - what we felt was slow service in getting to the dessert was explained. The Chocolate Lava Cake takes 15 minutes to achieve proper meltiness, so it's important to order it upfront, otherwise dinner may take more than two hours, which is how long the parking validation lasts (a $10 hit if you go over). And this time the steak was mostly meat, as opposed to the last one that had a huge fat/gristle deposit dead center. The wait staff remembered us, and addressed each request promptly. All in all, a nice way to celebrate with my favorite dinner (and life) partner.

To me service is important and the bartender make good martinis and what can I said about the food always amazing!

Everyone was great. We had an amazing time!! It was husbands bday and they brought him a card with a box of chocolate. Super cute and unexpected!

Oh my goodness, we decided to order an array of dishes and share. Our compliments to the chef because each and every dish was delicious and prepared perfectly. We truly had the Fleming experience 😊 Our fantastic server was Brad and I highly recommend you try to get him!!! It is rare in today’s dining to get not only a server with a fantastic personality but one who truly loves what they do. Please hang on to him Fleming’s, you have a rare gem in him. I could write more but I think you get the idea the entire experience was delightful! We will be back.

Servers constantly interrupted meal. I don’t mind someone asking if everything was ok, but it was none stop and continued after I requested that they stop.

This isn’t my first time here and while it’s a decent meal, I’m going to stop coming here for dinner. I ordered the petit filet, medium. It appeared to have been prepared correctly however it wasn’t as juicy as it should have been and was flavorless. I had to add salt, which I never do to a good restaurant steak, and had to use horseradish to give it flavor. The Parmesan in the creamed spinach gave it a rancid taste and I couldn’t eat them. I enjoyed the mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. We also ordered a wedge salad to start. I found this time as well as at prior dinners there that their blue cheese has a sweet taste which I don’t prefer. All in all, the meal was just ok. Not worth what we paid. Much prefer Mastros steaks.

Medium rare filet mignon to perfection, we shared the dishes, which all were amazingly good the asparagus, flemings potatoes, mac n cheese. The chocolate lava cake was to die for and I got my complimentary truffle chocolate box and birthday card. The waiter was very attentive, never rushed us, he was also very nice, constantly making sure everyone needed refills of water, and made sure we had the correct plate. Including the servers were very nice. Will dine again

Quiet place, good atmosphere, but the food is too salted, it's expensive, not worthy the money
