Located centrally in Oxford, Pho delivers a vibrant, casual dining experience, and their rice dishes hold their own against the heavy-hitting noodle soups. The 3 Meat Combo Rice Bowl Built on a bed of traditional broken rice, which provides a lighter, distinctively textured grain that absorbs flavours wonderfully without becoming heavy. Heavily loaded with wok-fried Chinese leaf, crisp radish, cucumber, and house pickles. It's finished with a generous scattering of fresh herbs, crushed peanuts, and fresh red chillies that inject sharp brightness into every bite.  As a "3 meat combo," this dish brings together a mix of savory, chargrilled meats that offer a satisfying variety of textures and smoky depths, steering clear of the dry monotony that can plague mixed-protein dishes. Served with a side of nuoc cham (Vietnamese dipping sauce). Pouring this over the broken rice ties the elements together, balancing the richness of the meats with a sharp, sweet-and-sour tang.

Lovely restaurant, lovely people. The food was gorgeous!! Waiters were very accommodating for all food preferences/allergies and our dishes were absolutely delicious. Thank you!!!

Always our absolute favourite restaurant in Oxford. Such outstanding food and lovely service. The restaurant is comfortable, stylish and well-run. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They are also great when it's a family birthday - we appreciated the free dessert for our son! Top-class sushi, not cheap but definitely worth it for a treat. Will be back. Only minor niggle this time: we had (what we thought were) two free sticks to claim on the app. We wouldn't normally order these but after chatting to the waitress about the offer we did choose two. Only when the bill came did we realise (it's in the small print) that they had to be exactly the same sticks to be free so we ended up paying for them. Would have been nice to have this clarified when ordering.

Fabulous atmosphere at the Rising Sun . Roaring open fire , friendly bar staff. Service was great and food delicious. Birthday singing and dessert were a lovely touch and much appreciated.
