Best Seasonal Restaurants in Colerne

I booked a table, which was very last minute. It was for my mum’s 80th birthday. When we arrived we were shown to a cosy window seat by the window. My mum was given a complimentary glass of champagne for her birthday, which was a lovely gesture. Our food, sea bass was very tasty and we finished dinner with a pudding each. Panna cotta and a raspberry and almond tart, absolutely delicious. Our waiter Mark is as very attentive and jolly and we had a few chuckles with him. All in all a great start to my mum’s birthday weekend. 10/10

We were greeted immediately we arrived and taken to our table of our choice. Our server was warm and welcoming - he was helpful and professional but made us feel as though we were special guests . We were smiling all through the experience - the food was amazing and everything we had surprised us by the quality and attention to detail in the way it was presented . We were not rushed at all but equally we were checked to make sure we didn’t need anything etc so the perfect balance. We will definitely be taking our family to visit with us again .

This wonderful meal was an experience of a lifetime. Everything was perfect, and we hated to leave.

We really enjoyed our visit. We were in the mood for some authentic fish and chips and after a quick google search we found the Square Grill close to our hotel. We were seated promptly at a window seat in the bar area and as a bonus there was a piano man playing. Service was excellent and the fish and chips was perfect. Highly recommended.
