The tasting menu was absolutely fantastic. I was thoroughly impressed not only with the quality and flavor profiles of the menu, but also the wine pairing and unique dishes that were created by the wonderful Chef. The service was also impeccable, a rarity in recent years regardless of how high end the restaurant has been. Kudos! We will be back.

Another great meal here, our fourth. There's so many dishes to savor, and everything has been so good that we love trying new things each time. Server Carrie is delightful and professional and knows the menu well and made great suggestions. The CT Style Clam Fritters were light and tasty, as was the Steak Tartare. The Filet au Poivre with the peppercorn sherry sauce was very lovely, and the Bass and Chowder on potato gratin was perfect. After shying away from the Fluffernutter Pot de Creme the previous times we decided to give it a try, and it was really great like all their desserts: delicious and not overly sweet, not too filling, etc. Specialty drinks we had were Emerald Gimlet and the Topaz Manhattan, both were awesome. We will keep returning!

Our experience was amazing. I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday and he is very much a "steak and potatoes" kind of guy, and we've been eyeing Chops for a bit so I wanted to treat him. Everything was absolutely amazing. Our server was attentive but not pushy at all, food came out quick and was so delicious. everything from apps to dessert was just done to perfection. I highly recommend coming here for a fancy night out - you will not be disappointed!

It doesn’t get better than this. Fantastic food, lovely decor and stellar service. We have been loyal customers since this jewel box of a restaurant opened. Chef Roland and Angela are a formidable combination of delectable food and delightful hospitality. Can’t wait to return.

If you want to have your faith restored gastronomically- dine at Coast! We did chefs choice 7 course - wish we did the wine pairing - suggestion pick the Spanish white wine which will take you through to the wagyu beef - then let Jason pick from there! The best part of the evening which believe me the food was amazing (small plates - so you can do it ) were the people - Ashley, Jason and Connor (chef).

We were a group of six. We tried two cocktails/mocktails each and each one was expertly crafted and delicious. The food was prompt and tasty. The service was attentive without being overwhelming and our server took the time to explain menu items extensively. Will return!

    Another great experience at this fine restaurant. Always love to go family style and share appetizers while all enjoying our own entree. We continued this pattern this evening, and everything was spot on, including the drinks. This is always a favorite in the Hamptons and even better in the off-season when it's not as crowded as the summer.
