Best Restaurants for Handcrafted Cocktails in Mesquite

Still a great special occasion restaurant, with a beautiful locale (although it apparently is relocating due to upcoming building of some billion-dollar tower) and menu with something delicious for everyone. We came for some crabs and opted for the Florida stone crab claws because a) they're in season and b) our wallet really didn't want to pay >$80 for a half pound of Alaskan king crab, even for a special occasion! :-) The claws were good, and an order of Large It's an impressive place to take guests, and everyone from the host to bussers to managers stopped by to wish me a happy birthday. A complimentary baked Alaska was a nice way to end the evening.

This was our first time dining at Catch and we will certainly be returning. Our server was knowledgeable, professional and cheerful and the entire team did a flawless job. The fare was creative, beautifully presented, and we relished each bite. The lobster special was indeed, special—perfectly prepared. And don’t skip dessert; the strawberry shortcake shaved ice was a delicious surprise!

We always enjoy Neighborhood Services on Oak Lawn. The food is consistently excellent and servers are attentive, knowledgeable, and enjoyable. The noise level is perfect, too - never too loud to hear our guests in conversation but energetic.

The host and server were a huge part of my five star review. I would absolutely come back just for the service. The food was okay, but I’m open to trying new things and maybe I’ll find something I like. I did however absolutely enjoy the matcha latte martini. 10/10

We came here yesterday to celebrate a birthday and had a great time! Our waiter was so kind and attentive, and the drinks were great too. We really appreciated the service and had a wonderful experience overall. We’ll definitely be back!
