In our party of 4, only I had been to Louie Louie before. We were dazzled! We started with oysters on the half shell, roasted bone marrow (exceptional) and steak tartare. Mains were all delicious and well presented: Flounder Françsise, Verlasso salmon, moules frites and Mediterranean bronzino. Desserts were Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée and cookies and cream trifle. A splendid meal!

This was my first time at The Buck Hotel. I booked a reservation for my daughter and I to celebrate her birthday. There were only a few diners at the time so the noise level was low. The service was outstanding. Diane, our server, was attentive to our needs and answered questions about the menu. The food was outstanding. Everything we ordered was tasty and delicious and had great flavors and seasoning. The dining room is beautiful as is the character of the entire restaurant. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a beautiful setting for any occasion and excellent food as well.

    I've been to La Famiglia before a number of years ago and since we were so close during our visit to Philly I decided to try it again. It did not disappoint. The staff, especially the Maitre'd, Jesus, were superb. Jesus made a great presentation of the bottle of Barolo that we ordered. The food was outstanding. We split the tuna tartar appetizer. Unlike any we had before. Delicious. My partner, Margaux, ordered the pork chop. Wow, I'm not a pork chop lover but after tasting this one, I changed my mind. I ordered the house special pasta, penna La Famiglia. Penne done perfectly but it was the sauce that was the standout. Highly recommended. We had to skip dessert since we ate so much and even took some leftovers home and had them the next day. I highly recommend La Famiglia.

    Service was absolutely wonderful. The food was fantastic. A little pricey but nothing crazy. I would certainly recommend the restaurant and we will certainly revisit.
