Outstanding service...as always. Low noise level makes this a great place for lunch meetings.

My family has been coming to The Ranch since it opened and tonight I was able to introduce a buddy of mine, who's in town on business, to one of my favorite restaurants. I took him to Haywire when he was staying in Frisco on one of his trips into DFW, but wanted him to experience "the original" and there's no place like The Ranch! Needless to say, once again, it was fantastic!!

Teddy was are waiter and he was excellent with his recommendations and timing. There was a lamb shank appetizer that was to die for. We had brought a New Yorker for his first time and he stared this is better than 90% of the steak houses in NYC.

Stopped here on a recommendation. Wasn't disappointed - at all. Stellar lunch with excellent food (had the redfish with sauteed spinach on rice) well tended to by Mario (Marco?) waiter and will definitely be back. My only beef is the parking here is "difficult" to say the least. Be prepared to park remotely and hike to the restaurant. I had to park on a side street it was a five minute walk so no big deal.

Martinis After DarkOnce the sun drops, the bar takes shape. Classic cocktails pour, seating stays close, and the fireplace lounge sets the tone. Music carries the night forward without taking it over. Open until midnight, it’s a place for good talks, good times, and nights that don’t rush the ending. Reservations are not required for Idle Hour Social Club. Guests are welcome to visit the bar on a walk-in basis. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Great food!! The host was rushed and impatient when we didn’t want to sit where he was seating us in the bar area. We finally just sat down at a table we didn’t want and felt a little rattled. Not a good start. Great variety, quality, and well prepared enchiladas, rice, beans, and tacos! Fantastic hot sauce. We would have liked to have known they charge for the rice pudding on weekends, as it is complimentary on weekdays.
