Best Restaurants for Groups in Glenelg

Fantastic food and service with an exceptional wine list. They need a new air-conditioner though as it was super hot

The table was set aside as requested. Scenery was lovely, looking out over the beach and water activities. Ordering our food and coffee was quick and easy. The meals arrived in a timely manner and were hot as required. Used plates and cups were removed after we had finished eating, but there was no feeling of being rushed to leave. A nice experience and we will return in the not too distant future.

Our first time at Asha, but we will be back. We had the feed me option and each dish was interesting and delicious. Excellent service and atmosphere. Overall a great restaurant.

Although a wonderful experience overall having booked a table and were able to dine outside in pretty much the best table in the place, I was a little disappointed when I had to remind the staff twice that my date and I were even there with the manager having to direct someone to take our order. I know the place was busy but the young lady that eventually took our order made us feel patronized like we were inconveniencing her, try to pay attention to your demeanour the patrons needs to feel welcome and important. Having said that the rest of the experience was perfect and our food was absolutely delicious we watched the sunset listening to a very talented guitarist and an atmosphere filled with happy families kids playing in the water feature and smiles everywhere. Thank you for making our night a memorable one 😊

Lovely cafe with friendly staff. We sat inside but it wasn’t noisy. Impressed they offer complimentary cold sparkling water, along with still, from help yourself taps. Order and pay at the counter which is good so that everyone can pay individually. Food was relatively quick and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had fish tacos which I enjoyed but didn’t realise they were a hard shell tortilla - much prefer soft but that’s just a personal preference. The onions ring are delicious. Will definitely return as we didn’t have time to have coffee, which I believe is very good.
