Best Comfort Food Restaurants in Hillsdale

A buddy turned us on to this place a few months ago and we have been back nearly a half-dozen times since. The food never disappoints. Do yourself a favor and try the meat pie. It is life changing! Drinks are spot on as well. My favorite is the Guinness Sour! Service is amazing as well. Luke is our favorite waiter and his mom, Yvonne does all the cooking herself. I proudly consider myself a food snob and this place is one of the best.

We were seated right away although we arrived 10 min before our reservation. The server came within a few minutes to take our order. The appetizers bread and drinks came shortly after. Our dinner arrived before we finished the appetizer. The food was good and was as we expected. The manager helped with bringing our the food and desserts. We were able to finish our dinner and be out before our free parking was up. Over all very satisfactory.

We had the Fireside Experience as my wife wanted the smores plushie. I had the shrimp tacos and they were very good. My wife had her usual Tex Mex salad. she loved it as it had a smoky flavor. the smores sundae was large and good for more than two. Our server was friendly

The bread was fresh with olive oil and outstanding ricotta to dip in. Soup of the day was perfect and the. Burger is top notch. Our server was attentive and communicative which added to the whole experience.

Food and services were terrific! Nose level was very high. Luckily we were seated in a private room so it was easier for my parents to hear the conversation.
