So you ask why Wanda Byob? Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad. What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.     This restaurant came up in my feed on Instagram and I just had to go there based upon the comments and reviews! I had a very delicious meal with wine (get the 1/2 carafe if you are going to have more than one glass-more bang for your buck) and olive oil lemon poppy seed cake was devine!

    Always delicious! We had the salmon, soft shell crabs and skate. For apps the tuna and brussel sprouts(fav). Brunch, lunch and dinner are all amazing! They cater to gluten free and are extremely accomodating.
