Best Authentic Restaurants in Forest Park

We had a great meal and overall experience at Maya! We say outside on the beautiful patio - at the end of October! Service was superb, and everything we ordered was delicious. The plantains with ropa vieja appetizer and queso fundido were perfect starters. Entree highlights included the center cut filet (perfectly cooked) and the chicken enchiladas in mole. So good!

The salads were delicious and we especially enjoyed the bruschetta. We had the Salmon and the portions were generous and delicious. The wait staff was very friendly and accommodating and it was so refreshing to see the manager walking around checking on things and just being friendly. The place has a great vibe and we enjoyed ourselves greatly.

Pablo has been our server many times before and as always did a wonderful job. It was a beautiful evening on the patio which the food and drink complemented nicely. We enjoyed the ahi tuna appetizer, garden salad, and two tasty, well prepared pasta dishes. The cacio e pepe was perfection. It was another excellent dining experience at La Notte.
