Earl's New American
Maine lobster, shaved carrot slaw, sweet soy
5 oz. filet, house cut fries, saffron aioli
Loved the sweet potato soup and the grilled turkey paninis! Also enjoyed the quiet table for two in a warm, sunny spot.
We tried Earls after not being there for several years. Our opinion from years ago is the same now--definitely not a value for the cost. Clams casino were tiny; lobster dumplings--just a few. Dinner entrees were tasty, but overpriced.
The service was great and the environment/atmosphere was enjoyable. The food was awesome especially the cheesecake.
Excellent service. The steak frites were perfect. Very pretty restaurant. Will definitely go back.
Outstanding menu selection. Great atmosphere. Delicious food. A bit pricey and loud at times.
They were very accommodating and nice. Was disappointed that server didn't wear a mask. Don't like them breathing on food whether vaccinated or not.
Earl's never disappoint. Everything was outstanding.
We had New Years Eve reservations for 6:45 and were promptly seated. Tables were well spaced and it was clear that the restaurant wanted diners to be safe. Both our fish and beef meals were delicious and generously portioned. Highly recommended.
Lobster egg roll appetizer was amazing; steaks cooked perfectly - great dining experience.
Wonderful dinner, food was absolutely perfect and the server was a joy.
Even though they were short staffed, as most restaurants are these days, the quality of the food or service was not lacking. The service did take a little longer that normal, but that's understandable.
We had a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The service was impeccable. The hostess and the waitress were very friendly and pleasant. We ordered the lobster dumplings and clams casino to start. For dinner we had Steak Frites, the pork chop, and braised short rib. All 3 were delicious, perfectly cooked. And had equally yummy sides. For dessert we ordered flourless chocolate cake, crème brûlée, and cheesecake. All 3 were good but the cheesecake was the favorite. Highly recommended. Followed by a walk through the gingerbread house display and the decorated village this was a wonderful Christmas Eve.
Brooke and Mike are excellent and remember you. Food and drinks are always good too.
Kevin provided great service, meals were all highly praised by all.
Best food we really always have a great meal! Lobster dumplings are the bomb!
Lovely Christmastime dinner!
Had a great experience at Earls News American! Went for my wife’s bday and loved the ambience. Filet and mashed potatoes were amazing. Even got a free dessert with a candle to end the dinner. A+ food and service!
The waiter was doing the best he could. Too long for food to come out. Food was adequate. Not a big selection. The filet was ice cold so I sent it back. Still cold and the side was wrong. Would not dine there again. Definitely not worth the money or wait.
Great atmosphere and food, service was slow but it is a difficult time for the industry
Great restaurant in the heart of Peddlers Village. Nice lunch menu in addition to holiday inspired cocktails. It was nice to take a break from shopping and have a nice lunch. Our server was also great! Friendly service from all the staff.
Interesting menu, food was very well prepared and presented. Excellent service, lovely setting and ambiance. Great spot for lunch and a drink after shopping at Peddler’s village. Good selection of cocktails and wine. Ample parking.
Waiter was superb. Food was delish! The She Crab Bisque was amazing!
My mom had a great time out for her birthday last night. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! Always a great time when I visit Earl’s.
Nice birthday dinner.
Had a nice dinner last night. Lovely holiday decorations. Tables were spread apart nicely in response to pandemic. Food was very tasty. I will be back.
Food was great and service was great. Only issue is that by the time we ordered, they were out of several of their more popular items like short ribs. And it was only 5:30. So get there super early!
We thoroughly enjoyed our late lunch at Earl's. We had the oysters and the peppercorn seared tuna. Both were excellent. The server was prompt without being pushy, courteous, and helpful.
Our experience was very enjoyable, however, when we checked in, I asked if we could add another person to our reservation. The hostess was extremely unprofessional and rude. I understand that it was last minute and if they couldn’t accommodate us we would have left. That was not the issue. Her attitude and how she presented herself was uncalled for. She actually had a tantrum. She walked away and never came back to address us. There was another hostess present as well. After abut 15 minutes he informed us that they were moving some things around and our table would be ready soon. He was very professionally. She may want to take some tips from him. After all that nonsense, the rest of our night was wonderful. Our server was very pleasant and attentive! The food was delicious as well.
We all had different sea food dishes and each one was prepared expertly. Cocktails and starters were also delicious. Service was attentive even though the restaurant was fully booked. I will certainly come here again.
Thanks for making our anniversary so special! We had a great time.
It was incredibly noisy but very festive in the way that it was decorated. The waitress left our check and didn’t come back for 20 minutes to pick it up.
Kevin was a great server! Super friendly and personable. Food & drinks were excellent.
Beautiful atmosphere. Wonderful server.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The hostess was a bit flustered and said that we had no reservation at first. That was a downer. Otherwise food was great, service good, price a little steep for what we ordered.
A bit crazy with the holiday crowd but all good. Love Earl’s!!
Unfortunately, we waited over 45 minutes after we finished our salad, before the entree arrived. The waitress apologized several times and was clearly stressed at how our lovely dinner was marred by the excessive wait. I understand being short staffed, but then they should have further limited the number of reservations and refused walk ins.
Both service (Bonnie I think) and food were outstanding! Will be back!
Food & Service was excellent!
My husband and I always eat at Earl's when we visit Peddler's Village. We had the NY Strip Steak, it was absolutely delicious!
Earl's is our go to favorite restaurant in the area. It's easy to park, you can shop before and after your meal, the ambiance and vibe is always great and the food is delicious! Like the other diners, I feel happy when I'm at Earl's.
Just recently my friend and I both had the wedge salad. He had his with shrimp and I had mine with steak which was cooked perfectly to medium.
We ate every bite!
