Food was ok. Pad Thai was boring and undercooked. Drinks are full of ice and fruit and straws. gone in 4 slurps. Bathrooms are upstairs in the hotel down a hall. Had a reservation and got a dark table in the middle of the restaurant next to a weird curtain.

The experience at this restaurant was horrible from the outset. For starters, they were terribly understaffed. When we arrived, the hostess was taking to-go orders on the phone while customers with reservations lined up without being acknowledged. When we were finally shown our seat, the server had so many tables that he just had to take our drink and food order at the same time because we had waited so long for him to come to our table. The atmosphere was tense- our two-top table was situated in what was really an aisle, so that every time someone walked passed, we were bumped or always expecting to be. Additionally, when the server was pouring wine at the table next to us, his elbow came within 6 inches of my face, so I had to move. Then there’s the food! We ordered three small plates. The bland broccoli came out first with our drinks. This was under-seasoned and had no flavor. Next came the caramel ginger chicken, which was so dry and overcooked that it was nearly impossible to swallow. When we were finished and sitting without anyone checking on us (no one cared to ask how the food was, no water refills-glasses were empty, no offer of another drink), the shrimp arrived. This was edible, hot, and spicy, and that’s about the best thing I can say about the dining experience. I would also advise against the lychee drop if you’re in the mood for a good cocktail- this is not it. It was so cloyingly sweet, I couldn’t finish it. Could never tell anyone though, as no one ever came back to our table. I finally had to flag down the server for our check, which was delivered with no pleasantries. Overall, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had in Seattle, and we left hungry.

Pete, our server was amazing and very fun & professional. The only reason why I gave a rating of 4 stars🌟 is because we had to wait so long for our food and the bill. It was a busy evening, perhaps, Dragon Fish should consider hiring more people for weekends.

We came for Happy Hour and most of the food was delicious. Love the HH prices & the lychee drink is amazing. The only downside was the ginger chicken, it was chewy and gross. The waitress took a long time to come to our table. We were ready to order by the time she finally got to us. I understand it was pretty busy but it would have been nice to get water & acknowledgment a couple minutes after we sat down.

Dragonfish has an excellent menu and wait staff, however, it's close proximity to the Paramount Theater makes it one of a couple of choices for a pre-theater

We had a wonderful experience at the Dragonfish Asian Cafe. We made it for happy hour right before our show at The Paramount! The food was delicious and our waiter, Sean, took care of us even though it was busy and we were a party of 6! I highly recommend this place. It was a great girls’ night out experience!

Great Happy Hour deals. It was very busy pre theater and they missed something I ordered and seemed to not have enough staff for a full restaurant. However I watched the team pull together to get everyone fed and out. Our server was very patient with crabby party seated next to us.

We were seated before my scheduled appointment time; which was nice. The food was delicious as usual. We typically go to Dragonfish Asian Cafe before most shows at The Paramount; which is about six trips per year. We have been disappointed in the menu changes over the past year or two. Many of the items we liked are no longer on the menu; the menu itself is becoming very paired down. While six trips a year may not be as frequent as some patrons, we definitely look forward to them. I would hate to stop patronizing your establishment because all our favorite items are no longer on the menu.

The food was delicious and our server was great. There was a slight delay getting seated because we had reservations right before happy hour was over so they were busy getting last happy hour orders in, but other than that service was great. We had the poke roll, a veggie roll, some phad thai, dessert and craft cocktails. Enjoyed everything. One of the cocktails the server set on fire table side, which was fun.

We went before going to the 5th Avenue the service acknowledged our time constraints and made sure we had plenty of time to make the theater.
We were there at Happy Hour and ordered an array of small dishes
Lime Rickey shrimp was a hit for all
Bacon tempura what could possibly be not to like
Spicy noodles were perfect
Spicy chicken just right amount of crispy spice
All i all very overall good for with efficient friendly service

It took 17 minutes to even get a waiter to bring us water and another 10 to get a drink. You were out of two signature appetizers (crab cakes and spring rolls) even though it was only 630 pm. My husband received his entree 13 minutes before mine and our side of broccoli did not come until we had both been finished with our meal for 10 minutes.

Had a light meal before a concert at the Paramount. Service, food, and ambiance were great - quiet enough to have engaging conversation; loud enough not to feel like anyone was listening in. I'd recommend reservations - we walked past three or four "walk-up" parties.

2 of us arrive with reservations and they seated walkins before us, so not sure you need a reservation. Happy hour prices were honored in the dining room, which is nice. Drinks otherwise can be high at $12 average. Sushi Rolls were good, but options are limited. I would like to see a more diverse menu, but service was great and the food was good. Perfect place for before a show at Paramount! Nice job.

We had what I hope is an aberrant experience. We arrived at 6 - theater performance to attend at Paramount at 7:30. All items ordered were very slow to be delivered. But the absolute worst was getting our dinner served at 7:13. Of course we did not have time to eat it- put it all in to go boxes to pick up after the theater. Our server was told several times that we had theater tickets. The manager apologized and gave us a reduction on our bill. But there seems to be a problem with the kitchen- perhaps a one time event? But overall, very disappointing dining experience.

Vermicelli was dry and grainy. After adding some Panang to it, it was edible, but probably shouldn’t have to do that for a dish. Service was excellent and attentive. Crab cakes and Panang were spot on. Not use to not being asked a spice level, but was pleasantly surprised that the spices were perfect. We’ll be back.
