Chopfuku is the best sushi in the state!! I've been going to the Taylorsville location for years and was so excited to try their new West Jordan location. It did not disappoint! The food is amazing, service is excellent, and the ambiance of the restaurant is perfect. It's so upscale, but so well priced.

Tiburon Fine Dining has quietly become one of Utah's premier restaurants. Tiburon is located in the south end of the Salt Lake valley in an unassuming building that formerly housed a fruit stand. But don't be fooled, Tiburon serves award-winning contemporary American cuisine ranging from pan-seared Beef Tenderloin with Foie Gras and Madiera syrup to Black Sesame-Crusted Ahi Tuna with Honey and Soy Marinated Carrots. The Crab Cakes consistently win best in the state and the salads are raved about by the locals. But it does not end with the food, service is always top-notch. I had an amazing experience at Brabo’s! I went there to try them out because I’d heard great things about them, and they definitely lived up to their expectations. They offered us a very generous sample of their tomato soup, and it was absolutely delicious and flavorful 10/10 for sure! We ordered their large pizza half chicken supreme and half calabrese and they were delicious the dough was very soft perfectly moist and fluffy the topping were also very delicious and fresh. All the food was very high quality, the service was amazing! Everyone was very kind and welcoming, everything was perfect I’m definitely coming back!

Osteria Amore came to life because we believe in the power of food to change your day, or in our case, change your life.

Owner Eduardo Daja has been working in restaurants since he was a teenager growing up in Italy, and his time in culinary school only strengthened his passion for food. After culinary school, Ed stayed in Bologna to work at a family-owned restaurant. He moved to Utah eight years ago, and found himself missing his first love, food. For the past three years, Ed has been managing an Italian restaurant while also maintaining a career in tech and finally made the life-changing decision to open his own restaurant.

That big decision was made possible for Ed when he met Marco Cuttaia, Osteria Amore’s executive chef and partner. Ed’s training in Bologna, considered the food capital of Italy, and Marco’s upbringing in Palermo, known for its incredible street food, bridge northern and southern Italian culinary tradition in a way that’s never been done in Salt Lake City.

Tear drop chandeliers, off-white banquettes, a mixture of velvet and sherpa chairs in the lounge and bar area create an ultra hip vibe for those who like to sit in the buzz !! For those who'd rather have a more quiet and romantic experience, the upstairs offers a more tranquil setting while overlooking the vibrance below. The other dining rooms offer either fireplace ambiance or Mt Olympus views! Our private rooms host up to 10, 20, 24 and 58 guests respectively. Our privately enclosed backyard patio overlooks Mt Olympus and features fire-pit seating!

Chef Matt's flavorful, hearty cuisine is as beautiful to look at as it is to savor! Local favorites include Chanterelle Mushroom Soup, Toast Smögen and Crispy Fried Chicken!

Due to the more formal and intimate nature of the ambiance, we welcome children 4 and over. NO INFANTS.
