MILA OMAKASE IS A 10-SEAT ENCLOSED ROOM OFFERING THE MOST EXCLUSIVE AND AUTHENTIC JOURNEY IN THE FAR EAST, MAGNIFIED BY THE MEDITERRANEAN INFLUENCES OF 26-MICHELIN STAR CHEF MICHAËL MICHAELIDIS.

The intimate, ultra luxurious and transporting space features a massive overhanging cherry blossom tree, a Japanese craftsmanship-inspired wallpaper screen, a dramatic marble countertop, a 500-years old hinoki wood cutting board, and wall-mounted niches serving as members’ chopstick display.

The ever-changing dishes evolve according to the 72 Japanese micro-seasons, involving the most refined ingredients such as line-caught fish flown in daily, innovative vegetables and condiments, sea urchin from Hokkaido, sustainable bluefin tuna from Baja and Sanuki Olive Wagyu from Kagawa Prefecture in Japan.

My husband and I went there ti celebrate our 15 years wedding anniversary, and it was such a great experience. The food was superb. The entire staff was attentive and friendly. Even the other guests were friendly. I highly recommend it to celebrate a special occasion or to just treat yourself.

The Michelin-starred concept. Azabu Miami Beach, houses various experiences under one roof; tied together with the spirit of Omatenashi, the essence of Japanese hospitality. Beyond Azabu lies The Den, an exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi helmed by Master Sushi Chefs. Located inside The Stanton Hotel, The Den at Azabu Miami Beach elevates the local culinary scene with authentic Japanese cuisine and transportive experiences.
The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. Food menus is $300++ per guest. Great happy hour. Awesome bartenders and cocktails, and the rotisserie chicken dinner is amazing. Best vibes and value in South Beach. I like to go to the Drexel a couple of times a month, at least.

Went there with four friends, we had a night for the ages. DJ Camila delivered very classy beats, the crowd was wonderful and we ended up making friends with those we danced with through the night. This is THE rooftop party you want to tell your friends about!

Excellent value, I don’t know much about Cuban food but Bella Cuba felt authentic. Huge portions. We enjoyed our meal and would go back again if in the area.
