The menu features produce harvested at peak freshness from local farms, highlighting each element through refined Japanese cooking techniques. The open kitchen allows guests to observe the preparation of courses, while the choice “Chef’s Counter” features four exclusive seats where guests can interact with the chef throughout their meal. Guests can select libations from a drink menu which includes premium sake, Japanese beer, and wine. Hale ‘Aina Award Winner "Best Kaua‘i Restaurant" 2023 and 2024.

To enhance the experience even more, we have the option to add wine pairings to each course, hand selected by our expert sommelier.

What a memorable evening! Chef catered so well to our family’s preferences and gave us a meal we will never forget. Tasting menu was above and beyond our expectations and checked all the boxes…delicious, unique, beautiful, and so satisfying! Would highly recommend!

""We are specialized in Omakase, and we have Lunch and Dinner Omakase Course."" Dinner Omakase will be $ 245 and 19 dishes, and Lunch Omakase will be $185 and 16 dishes.

We have 3 Omakase seatings daily... 2:00 pm, 5:00 pm or 7:30 pm. Any allergies will need to be noted prior to the reservation date, so a special menu can be prepared. (We cannot accommodate the guest with all shellfish allergy, vegetarian, Kosher, gluten intolerance, or if you do not like uni)

Diners must cancel their reservation 48 hours in advance or will be subject to $75 fee, or $100 if the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours. If you do not show up, the fee will be full price of the course.

I've been to many omakase's both here on island and on the mainland. This place is hands down THE best of the best. The chef and owner is a true artist of his craft. He is passionate and pays attention to every single detail meticulously. From the freshest fish hand selected from Japan, to his homemade aged shoyu. I wish I could afford to eat here every day but I'll have to settle on Hihimanu for special occasions. Truly a treat!

Located in Paia, Maui, we invite you to dine in our intimate, all Chef's Table dining room. Our everchanging Market Driven Menus always include a glass of sparkling wine, are Prix-Fixe, between 6-9 courses and range from $200-$300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional alcohol.

Everything was excellent! Chef Jeremy is a culinary genius. His wife Paulina a true delight and presented each course wonderfully. Love that they use locally sourced ingredients. A unique dining experience that must be discovered.

What a great place. We are used to the south side but vacationed on the west side this time and absolutely loved this place. Everything was top notch and just the right amount of laid back but nice so it didn't feel like a tavern. Service and food was amazing and who doesn't love seeing turtles floating in the water while you eat
