The food was incredible and the presentation was fantastic. The chef did a great job presenting and explaining each plate and answered all our questions about the preparation of each item as well as some traditions and history. An experience we will never forget!

Our everchanging Market Driven Menus are Prix-Fixe, always include a glass of sparkling wine and range between 6-9 courses for $300 per person plus tax, gratuity and any additional beverages or supplements.

POLICIES, RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: If you are late, we will make every attempt to catch you up, but we absolutely cannot make any guarantees on coursing and pacing. Reservations are STRICTLY held by Credit Card. Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $200 per guest, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Such an incredible meal and experience! The food was absolutely delicious and chef and his wife were so kind and inviting the entire night. I’m vegan and the chef was able to substitute ingredients to make every course vegan- I’ve never had vegan dishes like this before! NyloS was an incredible cherry on top to our Maui anniversary trip.

Dine at the most breathtaking oceanfront setting in Kapalua Resort. Chef/Restauranteur Peter Merriman has brought his unique style of Hawaii Regional Cuisine to Maui in 2008. A pioneer in the “Farm to Table” concept, Peter serves only the freshest products, at least 90% of which are locally grown or caught, using sustainable methods.

Reservations are released 60 days prior at 6am HST. This includes all holidays. We cannot accommodate parties larger than 8 people or split reservations in our main dining room.

For a more casual dining experience, join us at The Point, our oceanside dining location offering a casual menu. The Point opens daily at 3pm and is weather depending. Reservations are not needed or accepted for The Point. The Point Happy Hour: 3pm to 5pm with Happy Hour at the Bar from 4pm - 5pm daily.

Another wonderful experience at Spago’s! The menu was excellent, the ambiance was beautiful, and our waiter, Peter, was absolutely outstanding. He made the evening even more enjoyable with his attentive and personable service. The food was delicious, as always. Spago’s never disappoints, and we always look forward to coming back. **An unforgettable chef's table experience!** Visiting Maui with my daughter before she heads off to college, I let her choose our special dining experiences. She chose the chef's table at Ka'ana Kitchen over a luau, and I'm so glad she did! From beginning to end, everything was exceptional! Every dish was delicious, and we loved that we were served different tasting selections, allowing us to share and experience even more of the menu. A huge thank you to John, who was so much more than our server. He was our guide throughout the evening, making sure we had everything we needed and helping make the entire experience feel special. Chef Mark, who was leading the kitchen that evening, and the entire culinary team were wonderful. We especially enjoyed interacting with Ashley, the sous chef working directly in front of us. She was so personable and engaging, taking the time to talk with us while preparing the dishes. Watching the chefs work and getting to know them made the experience even more memorable. My daughter's only complaint? There was almost too much food! Not exactly a bad problem to have. The food, service, atmosphere, and personal interactions were all incredible. This was exactly the kind of special mother-daughter memory I was hoping to create. **If you're considering the chef's table at Ka'ana Kitchen, do it!** We loved every moment and would absolutely return.
