Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++

Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks. We are generally open Wednesdays - Sundays. We do allow pre-booking for parties of 6+. Absolutely fantastic place to eat for our party of 10. The pizza was phenomenal and the minestrone soup was the best I've ever had- so fresh and FULL of veggies. We also enjoyed the spinach artichoke dip which was warm and bubbly and served with fresh tortilla chips. Restaurant was Loud enough to cover our noisy family including crying baby, 3 spills, and 5 yrs old "falling off" of his perfectly good chair... But not so loud we couldn't easily communicate with each other. Loved our server who made us feel like we were the perfect family ! Will definitely make this a staple whenever we bring the clan skiing.

We have been to Vin Rouge many times. Jen has introduced us to new varietals and always has great recommendations. The charcuterie board is delicious and support local businesses, including some that are women-owned. This is a wonderful space. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this place! Cannot compliment Chef Jordan enough for his hospitality and delectable dishes. His recommendations, both for food and beverages were on point. This was our best experience in Denver and we cannot wait to come back. If there’s one restaurant that cannot be missed in Denver, I’d say it is this one.

Second time back, and our amazing first experience wasn’t a fluke! Tried the rock scallop appetizer, several specialty rolls, and the beef teriyaki. All of the food was fresh, tasty, and will keep us coming back for more! The staff and chefs are wonderful! They are all so helpful and friendly!

We eat here often and have yet to be disappointed. The owner is very accommodating and will fix items not on the menu given some notice. We want to share our experience with friends se we talked to him about dinner for 7 sometime soon and he siad just call him and tell him what we want and he can make it happen. The even allow you to bring your own tine with a corking/service charge. A go-to place for all of the right reasons!
