Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience! Enjoy a barn patio table or one of our 7 intimate, private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views, and a beautiful 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to pork & lamb to grains.

Open Wed-Saturdays. Reservations are required. $155/per person++

Reservations are released 3 months in advance. We often have tables that are not available online, like a chef's table in the kitchen. Call us at 303-444-5500 if interested. Wagon Ride Dinners are the perfect event for the entire family, with something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you just sit on one of the many porches to stargaze and enjoy the view of the Sawatch Mountain Range, roast s'mores (fire ban permitting) or dance to the music, 4 Eagle Ranch is eager to have you experience this family-friendly event.

Automatic 18% gratuity will be added to all checks.
Whenever there is an excessive weather advisory posted for our area, 4 Eagle Ranch reserves the right to suspend wagon rides for the safety of our guests, our staff and our horses. If the rides are suspended for this reason, the cost for dinner will be discounted.

Sara was an amazing sesh hostess. We brought our son and his finance here during their visit from Michigan. We had a great time and she was excited at the possibility of fitting in a private event here for their wedding plans. I am enjoying the membership!

Thank you for visiting Kenichi Izakaya Carbondale. An Izakaya is a type of informal Japanese pub. At sake breweries during the late 18th century, people in Japan began using sake kegs as stools, and snacks were served. This small plate menu was designed to encourage sharing amongst friends and family. Food is prepared in multiple kitchens and arrives as it is ready to ensure freshness. We make most of our menu in-house, from scratch, and use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
