Fabrik's current menu focuses on Japanese, Nordic, and Italian flavor profiles. Fabrik is 100% independently owned and operated.

Led by Executive Chef-Owner Je Wallerstein, Fabrik is Austin’s first 100-percent plant-based tasting restaurant featuring curated menus that highlight the seasonality and diversity of plant-based cuisine in an upscale, sophisticated setting. With sustainability as a priority in our approach, we source produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. My daughter had given us a holiday gift certificate at this restaurant as she knows us into plant based food. So we were excited about this, and we will definitely go back to try the different seasonal tasting menu. Every dish was made beautifully and every bite was so delicious! We were full at the end. We enjoyed it!!! It was our anniversary and we were given two complimentary glasses for the toast and a signed menu from the chef. Much appreciated!!!

Glad we booked a table coz the place was packed! Had a great time, music fun, food yum, wine good with a wide selection to choose from. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer… our slot was from 7:45 to 9pm… not long enough!!

The food is consistently outstanding as is the service by Peyton the bartender! The entire crew is so helpful and supportive, for example, Daniel helped Peyton when he saw that she was busy. The manager, Arturo, is personable and recognizes everyone who’s been there even just two times! We are regulars and he 100% of the time comes over to say hello and ask us how everything is! Plus I see him supporting the staff by pitching in and helping. This is our new favorite place in Georgetown! Excellent happy hour excellent happy hour prices! The edamame was outstanding as was our Bokum and lo mein dinners

From the moment we Met the hostess, who provided us with one of the best seats of the house known we’ve been waiting two months to eat at the restaurant to staff that provided water or waitress. Emma was amazing. Everyone was kind and informative, and the food was spectacular. Seafood was out of this world. The drinks were on target and dessert the black lava cake that was suggested amazing highly highly recommend this restaurant. Everyone was cordial and nice and really provided us an excellent experience
