Wood Fired hand crafted Italian food set in a rustic modern open space in the warehouse district in ATX. A wide range of specialty dishes created by Chef owner John Carver and his staff on a nightly basis. We’re serving up chef inspired, farm-to-kitchen dishes & craft cocktails out of our ‘from scratch only’ kitchen and bar. Microwave? Never heard of it. We use slow-cooking methods on our live-wood grill, smoker, and spit because food just tastes better that way.
We believe that local is a place as much as it is a way of eating. Everything on our menu is infused with and inspired by the local ingredients available each season.

My party ordered Thai BBQ Duck Wings (good; cilantro was a fresh addition), Bone-in Pork Chop (subbed Mac & Cheese for veggies; great decision--mac & cheese was EXCELLENT), Farm Bird (good and well seasoned), Steak Frites (melted in our mouths), and Mushroom Campanelle (added grilled chicken--my friend never spoke until the plate was finished!), and of course the Whiskey Cake (nuts were put on the side). Everything was great! Our server Logan was phenomenal! The cocktails were great too!

We had a wonderful dinner at Perla‘s. The food, the atmosphere. (we sat on the patio. It was a gorgeous night.) and of course, the amazing service. Perla is one of my favorite spots in Austin, I can’t wait until next time. The burger is amazing, I love the wedge salad with crab, last night we had the scallops with pea risotto and of course the french fries are always a must. Thank you!
