We had a lovely experience! Food was incredible as expected and the cocktail was one of the best I've had in a long time. Enjoyed the ambience and the layout of the room (not too crowded). The write up of the details of the meal is a great touch and educational. We will be returning next year!

Located on the fourth floor of The Hotel Acadia, Fluke offers a spectacular view on Tracadie Bay and Tracadie Beach. Our menu shifts weekly, with each dish reflecting a deep respect for local ingredients and inspired by the hard work and character of Island fishers and farmers.

Fluke is an intimate setting, with a maximum seating capacity of thirty. We welcome reservations in groups of two to six. Guests are invited to watch the craft unfold in our open-concept kitchen, where every plate tells a story of place and precision.

Chef Greg’s work celebrates connection — to food, to the island, and to each other. His creations reflect his Francophone heritage and the spirit of the re-established Hotel Acadia. The food and service are outstanding. The place is really nice. The chef explains each of the eight servings which is great. The ambiance is friendly and the staff are very nice and professional. Although expect to pay $200+ per person. The experience and food are memorable.

Since 2018, we’ve been blending the best local ingredients of New Brunswick with the rich traditions of Asian cuisine. We’re proud of our flavourful ramen—especially Tonkotsu and TanTan Spicy Ramen—along with Cantonese dim sum, Chinese-style slow-cooked and stir-fry dishes. We were very happy with the whole experience. The server/owner was so personable and funny. The food was exceptional. Every time we go, we try a different dish and are never disappointed. But I always start with the soup, my favorite.

We loved absolutely everything about Snow White Laundry. Our group of 7, all first time guests, enjoyed various dishes including the cod main, Denver steak, bao bread, cod fritters, snow crab gnocchi, pease pudding dumplings and dessert of the evening as well as several cocktails/mocktails…..10/10 on every bite and sip! We look forward to our next visit to try more of the menu, both food and drink. I have to say that what stood out as much as the incredible food was the vibe/ atmosphere and service. We felt so welcomed from the moment we entered and our servers were personable, helpful and really added to our experience. The other diners were obviously also enjoying their meals and there was a feeling of camaraderie in being together in this wonderful space. We love the backstory of how the restaurant name was chosen as well, so heartwarming. We will be back….soon!
