Best American restaurants in Detroit / Eastern Michigan

This was my second time going to Vertical Detroit and my memory from 3 years ago was spot on. Excellent food, extensive wine menu, and the staff was wonderful.

Birmingham Pub never disappoints. Great food, cocktails and a well trained, professional staff.

My wife and son enjoyed their meals, mine, not so much. Carne asada tacos were dry and very little steak. Great drink menu for sure

Service and food are always top notch. There were a couple of loud groups that evening, but otherwise things were great.
