Had great food and delicious tequila. Great service. Sat on the patio to get away from too loud music but next time would love to sit inside because the Art Deco Mexican styling is awesome.

The service in this place is beyond belief for a casual Mexican restaurant. Every person we encountered was attentive and friendly, you can just tell they all love working there. We had mentioned it was our anniversary in our reservation and SEVERAL of the servers, assistant manager and hostesses all wished us a happy anniversary. We were so surprised. The positivity reminded me of Trader Joe’s level enthusiasm in a fun and vibrant restaurant instead of a grocery store. The food and margaritas were also outstanding and we will definitely return!

Our food was excellent and unique! We love Mexican quinine and eat it often so finding something new to try was exciting! Our waitress was super friendly and accommodating.

Enjoyed a fine dinner at El Padrino. Plenty of chips, salsa and guac leading to the main event which consisted of a tasty, well-prepared assortment of traditional Mexican fare. Our server, David W, was exceptional - very attentive without being intrusive, helpful with menu selections, affable, very professional. The only shortcoming, and reason for a 4 rather than 5 star rating, is the restaurant's diminutive wine pour - a small wine glass filled only halfway is insufficient in my view. Other than that, a place sure to please.
