Table is a unique dining experience in Estes Park. This review is only for one occasion - but be aware that the chefs and menu change weekly, so the experience may vary. During this dinner, the menu itself didn't tell a story as the courses progressed - unlike the wine pairings, which had unique history and progression. The chef was very accomodating on this date in adopting the menu for special dietary requirements. The service was great - and the dinner ended by 9pm.
