The Full Vegetarian breakfast was tasty and a good portion.
The Bloody Mary was spot on!
Great service and relaxing atmosphere, pleasure to eat and drink at.
First post lockdown meal at DSTH and it was great to be back in this wonderful place, made us feel normal again!
Service was excellent as always and the food was super.
The curry was great, I shall be having that again!
Wonderful food & service, thank you. My friend and I really enjoyed our time with you.
Great food! Very friendly staff. A definite go to for all visiting London.
Lovely as always
delicious food served by attentive and knowledgeable staff!
Came for a birthday dinner and drinks with my wife and credit to the Dean St team for ensuring it was a truly memorable experience.
Great brunch, attentive service and lovely atmosphere. Always have a great experience here
Rapidly becoming our regular haunt for Saturday or Sunday brunch. Also very COVID aware. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Always love Dean Street Townhouse. Can't fault one thing.
Great food and impeccable service.
A very enjoyable meal and experience. A starter of twice baked smoked haddock souffle with butter sauce was rich and lip-puckeringly tasty, if a tad overcooked, missing the soft, loose texture of a souffle. My main was a tasty prawn and monkfish curry with rice and peas. The dish was aromatic and the seafood perfectly cooked, but lacked slightly in salt, and the peas were a bit shrivelled and dry. Dessert, a berry Eton mess, was just perfect, with a beuatiful dollop of strawberry sorbet hidden at the core, and not too much to detract from the creaminess of the dish. Definitely a place worth a visit when in Soho.
The atmosphere was spot on, the staff were attentive and friendly and the food was fab! All in all a really enjoyable evening
Congealed and cold bernaise sauce. When I told the waiter he snapped my head off, very rude. He bought it back and had clearly just scraped the top because the sauce boat was suddenly half empty. Been coming here 20 years so not happy
Great team at the DSTH, through these difficult/awkward times they are friendly, welcoming and very professional. Food was very good, service discreet but always there.
Excellent lunch in good old-fashioned surroundings. Would have been better still without the music.
I lovely meal at a fantastic price. A shame more people were not eating in the DST. Many thanks.
We shared the Porterhouse steak and it was tremendous
Fantastic food, reasonably priced & very good service. Arrive early to ensure you have a good selection of available roasts.
The place, food and service was amazing! We ordered Sunday roast which was delicious 👌🏻
Lovely place. If you’re eating, request the booths by the bar. The other side has chairs too close and too low to either eat comfortably or be socially distanced - better for drinks or those with children. Staff wonderful and great food.
It's always perfect - a proper Soho insitution. My safe place.
An excellent meal and ambience. Great service and an enjoyable experience
Excellent dinner, great soho service- food good, if a little fast- although my friend found her mince too sweet and broccolli under done.
Excellent all round, a super experience, will definitely revisit!
We ate here during the 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme, our reservation was for 7:30pm.
We received great, value, service, food and atmosphere.
Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. Made us feel welcome and valued.
We would definitely go back, the restaurant is beautiful and not pretentious.
Recommend the soufflé starter, the monkfish curry for main and the sticky toffee pudding or lemon drizzle cake for dessert.
The only small comment I would make, is that we were sat near to the door and the aisle where lots of people were passing, so did get a bit drafty, so would avoid that next time if possible, but it was by no means a deal breaker.
Thanks for a lovely experience.
Staff were attentive. Crab toast was exceptionally delicious. A very cozy spot indeed.
Had the set two course lunch and what we had was excellent. Terrine and haddock soufflé were large for starters and very tasty. Then salmon and mince also very good. Only quibble was the mince would not be to everyone's taste as meat option, though I loved it.
Food terrible but waiter and manager very attentive. Bill was discounted which accounts for fair value. Would recommend for drinks...
I have been there many times because the food is very good.
I’m a man so it was weird when the waiter addressed my table-for-two with “hello ladies”! Apart from that, it was a very nice lunch.
Would go there again. Great atmosphere and lovely staff.
Dean Street Townhouse is always delightful, the service is excellent, as is the food. We will always return.
Renowned for their Sunday roasts (we've been before many times and enjoyed), but yesterday had run out of Beef and Pork by 3pm, so chicken was only option!
We also ordered drinks mid-meal that took 20 minutes to arrive - by that time we'd finished our mains.
Bar the slow wine, the service and staff excellent.
Gorgeous food, great atmosphere, highly recommended
Hands down our favourite restaurant, we always visit for birthdays and special occasions. We each ordered different dishes and each one was delicious. My only disappointment was We were there to celebrate a birthday and my parents 45 wedding anniversary which was stated at the time of booking. Normally they bring out a little treat for special occasions but they didn’t this time. Apart from this absolutely no complaints!
Perfect venue for a relaxing sunday lunch. very good quality food, good value and excellent and friendly service.
Nice quiet place with quality food and good service.
I can never fault this place. The waiters are so solicitous and the food and drink always top notch.
It was a lovely evening great food and value. The quality is outstanding.
London was very quiet for a Thursday evening due to Covid but once you entered Dean Street Townhouse all felt normal it was busy but safe, plenty sanitisers and very clean.
Amazing cocktails as always and food delicious.
