Just was average.

Food was amazing ! The staff was excellent. It was a great way to celebrate my husbands birthday!

We had the prix menu prime rib onion soup and salad, chocolate cake and creme Brule. We enjoyed the evening very much. The staff was very attentive. We would recommend the restaurant.

Terrible start from the beginning. Had to wait 30 minutes for my party of 4 even though had a reservation and was barraged for days with emails and texts about confirming my resrevation, which I did. After sitting, took forever to be able to order drinks and then when drinks were ordered, my drink was not brought with the other 3 drinks without explanation. Had to get the manager to intervene and then my drink was brought but they did not even have the garnishment that comes with the drink. Manager did comp our first round of drinks due to the issue and was supposed to look in on us to make sure everything went well. We did not see him the rest of the night and everything just got worse. Appetizers were average. Entrees very poor. The porterhouse for 2 was terrible, tough and tasteless. Would severely question that it was dry aged for 40 days, would be surprise if it was even for 2 weeks . The filet mignon (petite and classic cut) that the other 2 members of my party ordered was similarly tasteless and the entire meal needed to have plenty of sauce on it to be eaten. The cream spinach was like milk and unappetizing. The mashed potatoes were good. My entire party wanted to leave so badly based on the experience that no one wanted to order any dessert or coffee. Truly a disaster and now I understand how they had a reservation available as opposed to the Mohegan Sun restaurants that were fully booked. Take my advice, you are not just gambling in the casino, you are also gambling as to the meal that you would have at Prime. Gamble someplace else.

It’s a great upscale restaurant, and everything was delicious. The wine selection from their on-site expert was on point. The only thing I wished they had was a better desert selection. Besides that everything was outstanding.

Everything was amazing! The food, wine and service!

We had a wonderful dining experience for our 37th wedding anniversay. Food was perfect and yummy. Our wait staff were very welcoming and accommodating!

Wait staff and kitchen staff really made the difference with all the changes due to COVID. Kitchen was cooking for both the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant and wait staff really went out of their way to keep things as smooth as possible. All in all a good experience considering the pandemic.

The entire evening sucked. The "sommelier" was flat out rude to us and the noise level between the blasting music and screaming drunk men in huge parties at adjoining tables completely ruined the entire evening for us-and other diners as well from what we observed. Meals came out less than 10 minutes after our pre-dinner drinks were ordered. It was obvious the waitstaff didn't know the kitchen had delivered the meals, as no one checked on us for quite some time after we received them. We waited a long time to start eating because we wanted to order a bottle of wine to go with the steaks. That didn't happen.....Meals were cold and half eaten before we were able to see a wine list and order a bottle of wine, even after being repeatedly told the "sommelier" would be over with an ipad. When my husband mentioned this to the "sommelier" his reply was "Well I've been running around here all night" It was 6:00PM.... Not what we wanted to hear or should have been told. Not our problem when we're paying over $250 for a meal. Completely unacceptable for the price we paid for two people. When we were first seated in the bar and I asked to be moved to the dining room, the hostess offered that the music was loud throughout the restaurant, so if that's the reason, don't bother moving. Again, not something we should have been told. So obviously, your employees know it's a problem but you keep it cranked anyway. Good plan. It frankly had nothing to do with the music, I just don't like to eat in a bar when I'm paying this much to dine. We will never go back. It was one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. It's obvious you are trying to cater to a younger crowd. In the future, we'll go to places that value our patronage; especially at the prices you charge.

The service was the best! Very attentive! The food was awesome! I had the filet mignon melted in my mouth. I don’t mind paying extra if the food is great but I was a little surprised that sides were alacart $59 only the meat. The drinks were expensive I had 2 Malibu and sprites and they were $18 each. But overall. Great place to go, just can’t do this all the time.

Food is always great! We eat here every time we come and are never disappointed! Staff is wonderful, always pleasant and caring! I would definitely recommend eating at David Burke Steakhouse!

Steak could have been seasoned a bit more.

All was perfect until the end. When our waiter gave us cotton candy it tipped off and fell against the table. He just sat it back on the stand. We thought he would get another one.

Our porterhouse for 2 was meh. Not a lot of flavor and even when cooked at med/rare was tough. Shrimp cocktail was large but for the price they better be! Bacon was ok, but everything was better at Joseph's steakhouse for half the price. Service was ok at best. Overall expected much more.

The bus person was way more attentive than our waitress the service took to long. We miss our reservation for our next location. We were not advised that pork was in the drink they suggested. And Ribs are ribs...

Excellent food and service. Pricey but on par with other top steakhouses. The steaks were done exactly as we ordered. Great dinner!

We ate there 2 nights, then ordered take out the next day. All food, takeout included (Lobster Roll and Fries) was excellent and at their pre Covid standard.

The ambiance of the restaurant has changed a bit due to Covid, with tablecloths no longer in evidence, and a QR code menu.

Our waiter both nights was Brian, who is an exceptional waiter, personable, kind, patient, and obviously loves his job.

Some things have changed at David Burke Prime, but the excellent food and service remain at or above pre Covid level.

Amazing as always! Stumbled on a chocolate cake this visit; and I will not stop thinking about it till we meet again! 🤤

Had dinner with my husband and brother. The bacon appetizer was excellent. Thick bacon with great flavor. My husband and I both had the Scottish salmon and each was cooked exactly the way we requested. My brother had a rib eye steak and it was also delicious. They served us the most amazing popovers too! Wine selection was wonderful. I had a glad of Albariño. The service was excellent. I will go back!!

Wait staff seemed distracted.we were hoping for the price point that they would offer information on the different cuts of steaks and information on the menu. Honestly have had the same quality and price with better service at other steak houses

Beer menu was as good as the local diner. Prime rib was too large. Try an 8 oz option.

Delicious food, waitstaff and atmosphere. Drinks were a little pricey. Don’t think I’ve ever paid $23.00 for a half glass spicy margarita.

Sat at the bar...usually my favorite place. Service was pretty lousy. There were a few bartenders that bopped back and forth but service was spotty! No popover. Had to ask for water three times. Order came out incompete...

The dinner at Prime was delicious, service is excellent, I tried the salmon for a change and it was outstanding. My boyfriend had the prime rib and raves about it. Also, got to try a new delicious wine. The popovers are the best. Very nice staff. I love the atmosphere.

Steak was rare not medium. Quality compared to other steak houses just okay.

the front desk was wonderful, as was the hostess. Hunter was our "Above and beyond: waiter, very knowledgable very sincere, we wnent with out NOTHING, he really was one of your if not the best waiter ever. Food wa prefectly cooked, and served. KUDOS TO ALL, please., will return again, and again.

Forget about having a nice quiet dinner with your spouse, this place is so noisy its like your in a night club.

For the price, the food was great, but heck, its a steak house, so I expect they can cook a steak.

Food was good , knew the cost of it going in - but did not expect the sub par service for the cost of the meal. Server did not seem to be into working - probably lost out on additional tips. Ordered from the raw bar as an appetizer and seemed to take an extremely long time to come out - simple drinks from the bar also took what seemed to be twice as long as it should. If you were going to Foxwoods I would recommend Cedars for a steak dinner.

I initially came to Open Table to schedule a reservation for a large party. I knew that accommodating would be a challenge due to Covid and it being a Saturday evening. Open Table instructed me to call. When I called, the young lady I spoke with to make the reservation was extremely curt and made me feel as if I was annoying her. I was only able to make a reservation for 4. I then had to go back to Open Table and make 3 additional reservations totaling 14 people. Because I knew that this could be a challenge for the restaurant, I decided to stop by the restaurant a few hours ahead of time simply ask that although we may not be able to sit together could we at least be sat within the same vicinity. I was told no that this would not be possible at all. I had people coming from out of state to celebrate my wife's birthday and sitting in opposite parts of the restaurant would make the celebration pretty lack luster. I asked to speak with a manager and I spoke with Spencer. He explained that it would be a tough request to honor, however he would certainly try to see what he could do. That's all I could even hope for. When we arrived, the host was extremely nice and said that she would try her best to accommodate our party size but that it would take a few minutes. It only took about 10 minutes, not bad at all, and the table set up was perfect. I was extremely grateful as they prepared 2 tables near each other that fit everyone comfortably. Once seated, we were still waiting for the rest of our party. 2 members arrived about 5 minutes after we did, however they were not sat with us and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes. I had to go to the lobby to grab them and escort them to the table. This was confusing since others that had arrived late were escorted directly to our table. Food. The food was extremely underwhelming. My wife's steak although cooked Medium Rare, was dry and flavorless. My steak was not bad, but it certainly didn't seem like 10OZ.

Delicious food and upscale dining at its finest. Definitely a must have meal when I visit.
