Our waiter and waitress both were very attentive and efficient. Yes! We had two attendants. Food was excellent and delicious. Bill was about $300 for 2 but definitely worth it! What an experience !

My dinner at CUT was incredible. It was easily the best steak I’d ever had. The staff was so welcoming, engaging, and courteous. The restaurant itself is gorgeous. The ambiance, intricate lighting, and muted color scheme screamed opulence. We will be back.

The food was unbelievable. The petite fillet melted in my mouth and their version of a wedge (butter lettuce) was exquisite. The finale of the chocolate soufflé is a must try. We will return.

We have tried to eat here as “walk ins” and was never able to get a table. With COVID rules we made a reservation this time and understand why . The food is that good. Reservations highly recommended. Service was exceptional and the food had a lot of normal dishes elevated. A great dining experience in every way.

The food and ambiance of this restaurant were great. We did bring my teen son along who suffers from multiple food allergies. The waiter did check with the kitchen on several items, but then we heard him proclaiming to the table down from them that the reason he hadn’t got to them was due to having to deal with some ones food allergies. He went on to joke and laugh about it with those customers and when the customer replied that people are just to weak and sensitive these days, the server went on to laugh and agree. My son’s allergies are extremely severe and I never expected them to be mocked and ridiculed while dining here. We spent over $450.00 on dinner. I believe he could have held his laughter and jokes until we left. Disappointed.

I plan on calling Wolfgang personally. I have better experiences at the local Outback. Our steak was over cooked. We sent it back and it was delivered alone on a plate. The service was below par. It was definitely a low light of the trip. I normally do not give reviews, but felt the need to express my opinion on CUT.

Cut always delivers a fantastic experience. The American Wagyu filet was so tender, I hardly needed a knife! The steaks were a little overcooked (we ordered medium rare, and the steaks were more like medium to medium-well), but they were so tender and tasty that we did not complain. All the food was delicious, however, they dropped the smashed potatoes from their menu, which was disappointing because those potatoes were so yummy!

Best Dining Experience EVER. But I guess that's what happens when you dine at a restaurant by Wolfgang Puck. The staff was great. The food was beyond amazing. I wish we could go back and savor it all again. Perfect for special occasions. Worth every penny.

I loved the ambiance of the restaurant for celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday but the price for the amount of food was pretty unfair ! The food was delicious but it wasn’t a large portion at all & didn’t come close to filling the plate ! We paid way too much for such a small amount !

We love Cut have been there numerous times. Always a great meal and we love the modern upscale decor. One thing that bothers me is they allow people with shorts, baseball hats etc. I know it is Vegas and vacation but it seems they should at the very least be business casual.

Simply, the cost is much, much too high for the food, drink and experience. We regularly dine at strip steakhouses and this was significantly more expensive and NOT our favorite. That’s a bad combination.

I did not like three requests to confirm my reservation the week of our dinner but being told to “wait” while they set up our table upon arrival. It was a bad start.

The old fashion cocktail cart took forever to arrive and we felt a bit mislead after ordering then being told the drink was 3x’s more than the normal old fashion. They tasted pretty much the same and the drink from the bar came much faster.

We will not ever return. I’d encourage anyone to choose The Palm or Mastro’s over this place.

It was absolutely the best of the best and I make it a point to come here every time I come to Vegas. Hands down the best , steak, seafood, appetizers and drinks all served in an azure atmosphere. There is not one thing I would change.
