It was awesome Lexy did a great job and everyone loved the food. We originally was to be in the Tower but one of the ladies could not make it up the straps We moved downstairs to the barrel room which was great too, we appreciated everything went smoothly and we were able to get separate checks. Everyone said they would be back to Gervasi

Joey was absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful experience learning about the pairings of different wines and cheeses. We were given a huge charcuterie board with plenty of food for the multiple tastings. Joey couldn't have done a better job thoroughly explaining each pairing. 10/10 recommend - especially if you have never done anything like this before. This was our first ever experience with any sort of tasting.
