Everything is so high quality and seemingly simple, but it all has a unique twist. The fish and chips is so crispy and thin it’s almost like a tempura. The lamb is so tender and perfectly done. The sides, oh my gosh. Carrots, colcannon, greens. And leave room for the puddings!
