And we had this mysterious drink as an aperitif - smoked lavender foam and heavens knows what else but we loved it. We are on one of the Viking ships and took a night off from dinner aboard - so very happy that we did. If we lived closer, we would definitely be here more often. The staff was very accommodating, particularly for someone that does not speak German. Each dish was thoughtful and delicious. The vegetarian foie gras was surprisingly delightful.
