I didn't realize it was plant based or we may have looked past it. But I'm so happy we tried it! The food was excellent!! I would love to start exploring more plant based options! I had the quesadilla with soyrizo, it was full of flavor and huge. My "meat and potatoes" husband had the Caesar salad with grilled tofu and he loved it!
