- CClaudia DGoldMiami - Dade •214 reviews5.0Dined on 1 June 2026Beautiful restaurant, great ambiance, upscale, refined, cozy, inviting. The staff is awesome! From Gustavo to Chef Danny, they are just an incredible team. The food was delicious. Service is top notch. Chef Danny is an amazing chef. We loved it when it was Pascal's on Ponce & we still like this place now that it is Pastor at Pascal. We miss the old Pascal menu though & wish many crowd favorites had not been removed. Hopefully the new management realizes that the cheese souffle is a masterpiece of the culinary arts & leaves it on the menu always. That dish is the reason many people visit this restaurant.More infoPastor at Pascal$$$$• French• Coral Gables•4.7
