I really enjoyed my dinner at Kibou. The decor was really nice, the staff were friendly and efficient and they brought out a cake with a sparkler for my daughter’s birthday. I highly recommend it

We booked a table for my birthday a table for 7 people. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely server who was welcoming, polite, professional and very helpful. She was going to show us to our table that were just benches. As soon as I told her that we had my disabled grand daughter in a wheelchair, she didnt bat and eyelid and showed us to a table that would accommodate her needs. The service was brilliant. It was mine and my partners first visit and they were so patient and didnt rush us to order. At the end of our meal, they sang happy Birthday to me and presented me with a delicious cookie in a box with a balloon.

Went to Wagamama for my birthday. It was a hit! The food was really great and the service was spectacular. The staff were really helpful and helped us with the cake. Himaya took really good pictures of us! The atmosphere was lovely yet not too overly loud. Would come again!

Staff were attentive but not too intrusive, perfect for the bog standard brit! Atmosphere was fun. Food came blindingly fast and fresh! Most of all the manager went to extra lengths to help resolve use of our vouchers. Also took care to monitor tables when he spotted my bf had left his bag (in my view) to keep it secure. Appreciated his consideration a lot for people's belongings and in his anecdotes. Tables cleared and kept very clean - watching the staff that night and how it was managed in an open setup was great.
