The staff at St Elmo were incredible! Special shout out to Doug, our server, who not only provided the best experience, but stayed patient as our group count ebbed and flowed. Our server, Michael, was friendly and attentive throughout our dinner. We enjoyed our meal and was treated with a complimentary dessert. We had the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer, it was excellent— firm and fresh. I had the pork chop and the potato puffs. The serving was so large, I brought half of it home and am looking forward to devouring it tomorrow. My husband had the chicken and polenta and had no trouble cleaning his plate. We splurged on dessert and it was absolutely worth every calorie. The banana cream pie has the traditional flavors of banana cream pie, combined with molasses and Boba and a light whipped cream. It’s highly shareable, but you may not want to share it! Our server, Josh, was also excellent. He stayed on top of everything without hovering; was a great conversationalist; made good recommendations; and made the whole experience more enjoyable.
