Amazing food. Amazing service. Mark Tarbell stopped at our table for a nice chat, and then jumped up from his seat at the bar with a friend when we left to double check to make sure everything was excellent, that we enjoyed ourselves and invited us to return as soon as possible. This kind of personal connection and hospitality is common in upscale dining, but often lacks authenticity. I could tell Mark was very genuine in wanting to connect with his guests, not just keep the seats filled.
