Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Great food, great service, great wine, lovely setting. We stayed at the Four Seasons San Domenico Palace, but this was our best meal in Taormina. Highly recommend! And the staff couldn’t be lovelier.

The Coria Restaurant in Caltagirone opened in 2008, in the town’s picturesque historic centre, and is the perfect place to experience the most authentic flavours of Sicilian cuisine. The restaurant’s name derives from Colonel Giuseppe Coria, author of the definitive work on Sicilian gastronomy, *Profumi di Sicilia* (Scents of Sicily), which describes the unique aromas and colours of this region’s cuisine. On the menu at this restaurant on Via Infermeria, you’ll find traditional dishes given a contemporary twist: homemade pasta, fresh ingredients, unexpected culinary surprises and many other details that have earned the two chefs, Domenico and Francesco, a Michelin star. Book a table at Ristorante Coria and discover all the magic of Sicily!
