We’ve dined at Adelle’s many times. Generally quite solid, but this visit was outstanding. My wife and I both ordered the same things: butternut squash soup for a starter and short rib risotto for the main. The soup was slightly sweet, perfectly creamy and hearty. Risotto in various iterations is a signature dish for Adelle’s. This one was enhanced by some wine-soaked cranberries and crispy leek. There was also a generous amount of short rib stirred in - we both had hefty leftover portions. Rounding out the meal was a delicious dark chocolate mousse. As usual, Julie provided great, friendly service. The manager/owner also took time to talk to us. A great evening!

Amazing. Definitely a new favorite spot for us! We loved the beef rice soup, the japchae, and the fried chicken! The pairing of the kimchi with the beef rice soup was spot on, and the salt mix and sauces for the fried chicken. We held onto the sauces for the shrimp and squid pancake, which was a great idea. Service was fantastic. We loved the drinks! There was a kimchi beer, a mango makgeolli, and the yogurt soju that were all amazing pairings with our meal. Can’t wait to come back!
