⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Exceptional Food and Outstanding Service!
What a fantastic dining experience at ATLAS Steak + Fish at the Burnaby Casino! Everything was absolutely exceptional, from the food to the outstanding service. Our waitress was simply amazing! She was professional, attentive, personable, funny, and genuinely wonderful. Her communication was excellent, and she made us feel so welcome. From personally pouring our wine to ensuring everything was perfect, she demonstrated what exceptional customer service should look like. I honestly wish my husband had left her a bigger tip, as he accidentally tipped less than she deserved! ATLAS is incredibly fortunate to have such an outstanding employee. Now, the food was absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed the beef tenderloin, paella, delicious mashed potatoes, and a decadent caramel chocolate dessert. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully prepared. I also have to say that ATLAS was hands down better than Hy’s Steakhouse! I had dinner at Hy’s just the weekend before, and ATLAS served a far superior steak. The quality, flavour, and overall experience were outstanding. Great food brings customers in, but exceptional service brings them back. Our waitress truly made our evening memorable, and I sincerely hope management recognizes what a wonderful employee they have. Five stars all around! We will absolutely be back!
