Oysters with chili ponzu and salmon roe were small but beautifully presented. The special tuna sashimi was again small but delicious. Rolls here, like veggie crunch are, by contrast, quite large. Unlike many other Japanese restaurants it is impossible to order your own sushi by the piece. I ordered a 6 piece nigiri combo but not every piece was a winner. I’d love to just drop in a grab a seat at the counter and order sushi by the piece with a glass of wine on a weeknight but the menu limits that option.
