I brought my wife here for her birthday. Years ago, we first met here as friends, so it felt special to come back to the place where our story in Chicago began. We’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic experience. Food was great, our server was friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, its expensive, the value might not be great, but it definitely feels worth it. For a special night out, nothing compares.

Fork & Coin is both a destination restaurant and the place Portage Park has been missing. The menu takes real swings and lands them. Every plate we ordered was sharp, balanced, and clearly prepared with intent. The room is cozy, warm, and built for sharing, with a bar and patio that carry the same relaxed energy. Service was attentive without hovering. Five stars. Book it before the rest of the city catches on.
