The Shannon Rose is one of my favorite places. I enjoy the mix of Irish fare and pub food, and their bartenders are great - especially when you order a cocktail that’s not on the menu. The menu is also refreshed regularly; on this occasion, I went to try Joan’s Meatloaf and it was delicious. The hint of truffle was superb, just enough to appreciate and not overpower.
