The food at Chauhan's was outstanding. We tried the goat appetizer, and it was tender and very flavorful. I had braised lamb in vindaloo sauce. The vindaloo sauce was nicely spicy and so rich. I loved it. My partner had the pork shank with bhunna sauce. He said it was amazing. The next time we are in Nashville, we will definitely return.
