Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The food was honestly some of the best I have ever tasted in my life. Every bite was full of flavor, perfectly prepared, and absolutely delicious. You can truly taste the quality and attention to detail in every dish. The atmosphere was just as amazing as the food. The music, the energy, the beautiful setting, and the overall vibe made the entire night unforgettable. Everything came together to create such a special experience. Lefkes at The Modern is not just a restaurant — it’s a complete dining experience. Amazing food, incredible atmosphere, and a night to remember. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back! 10/10 — Highly recommended!

Eating at Samdan is always a great experience but on weekends, they have specials in addition to their regular menu choices. The Mushroom trio appetizer was delicious as was the Adana special. The service, as always, was warm, friendly and attentive.

Been going for years. Always a treat because of the remarkable consistency of food and service. Seeing the same staff visit after visit indicates a well-run establishment. For example, my wife prefers a slight variation on her mixed drink and most wait staff know exactly what it is. Adequate wine list goes well with the menu. Just enough items on the menu, plus one or two appetizer and entree specials, without being unwieldy. I think they do fish especially well. Most pleasant surprise last time was the redecorated and updated dining room. A fair value.

Great place with very nice servers . It was crowded before a Bergen PAC concert and they didn’t really have enough help but the servers and all were hustling to get everyone all they needed. Portions were generous and food was tasty. Shrimp & Grill dish was good overall but shrimp were a bit too salty. Eating them with the mashed potatoes made then better!! I would go again!!

The food was exceptional as well as the friendly service. Will be back!
