Best Global Restaurants in Pittsburg

We brought a large (9 person) group to breakfast last Saturday. Our reservation didn't show up in the restaurant system, but we were seated promptly anyway (whew). The food was better than solid--I really enjoyed the avocado toast and the chia pudding was just the right amount of (not too) sweet, although the walnuts were a touch stale (I suspect that not many people order the pudding). The people who got egg dishes said they would have liked more potatoes. Coffee is Starbucks, strong and plentiful. Special shout out to our server! The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed and she was outstanding. I genuinely do not know how she managed everything so promptly and pleasantly. Top notch service.

Top Hatter is one of our favorite restaurants. We had a little bit of a snafu when we went once for Valentine’s Day that was a little bit offputting where there was tip added to our check after we’ve already signed and left after several issues with being charged on different receipts. But we gave him another go and did not disappoint. The food was so tasty and the service was lovely and the ambience was top-notch.

Everything was great. It’s a dark/moody ambiance with good music. The food & drinks were very good. We got truffle fries, burrata, and carnitas tacos. We were just visiting from east coast for the weekend, but if we lived in the area we would go back. Lastly, everything was very reasonably priced and they had a good menu selection.

The best tacos and burritos and amazing margaritas for lunch, happy our or dinner! Great for parties too!

Elegant environment and, unlike most places these days very quiet.whixh we appreciated. You can carry on conversations without yelling. Food is not the draw ambience is, but a great place for a business lunch or just to relax with friends.
