Best Fusion Restaurants in Olympia

Delicious meal. I'm so sad to see Revel go but loved getting an opportunity to eat my favorites–the corned lamb salad, Dungeness crab noodles, and short rib rice bowl–one last time.

Outstanding experience. Food was great and service by Thomas incredible. Thanks for making our Halloween experience wonderful.

So good again. We had the butternut tacos , pimento salad , shared the entrée which was a special of lobster, ravioli, and steak. Then had the lemoncillo cake. All were delicious. Shared a bottle of wine. I love this place!

What an amazing experience! We had a large party of 18, and the staff didn't miss a beat. Great service, delicious food, and a cool ambiance.

My dinner at re:public was simply wonderful. I was greeted and seated immediately upon arriving; my server, Becky, was friendly, helpful, and efficient in the midst of a hectic Friday evening. The food courses and the “house bubbles” were delicious and served up in a timely manner; Becky even had the server’s “second sense” that I needed to get to the Emerald City Music concert (next door) in time for the pre-concert chat with the musicians. All in all the perfect start to my evening out.
