The best restaurant meal of my 71 year life, bar none. And I’ve been to some great ones, Tor’dArgent, Paris 1969, loch Obers, Boston 1979, Flastaff house, Boulder, 1985, L’Espalier Boston 2004. This beat them all.

Great food in a lovely place, with attentive and friendly staff. Food was amazing and the wine pairings excellent. Ambiance perfect until an intrusive light came on which apparently the restaurant have no control over. Moved table and all was good again.

We had a fabulous night at Hanse Stube. We ordered the prix fixe dinner with the wine pairing. The food was imaginative and delicious. The service was impeccable with an engaging staff. We especially enjoyed the informative descriptions of the wines. An enjoyable experience from start to finish.
