Wow. What an experience. I loved the culture of kind hearted and friendly waiters. Everyone was welcoming, and portrayed a “we want to know you personally” attitude. It felt like being at a friends house. The food was incredible. The chicken dish we had was one of the best chicken dishes I’ve ever had. There was no moment where we had a need and it wasn’t immediately met. They gave us plenty of space but a perfect balance of attention as well. Great atmosphere and ambiance. The chef was amazing and you could feel the love that was put into the food. Our waiter Kevin and the team serving with him made the night memorable. We will be back! We set up a reservation on OpenTable and we received amazing communication before and after our dinning experience. Bravo Marcels!

Every time, they are exceeded. The service is amazing: professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Our wait person conveyed such deep respect and passion for the food. It was clear that he had been educated about the food and its story to an extraordinary degree. At one point the Sommelier stopped and spoke with us, which added another wonderful personal touch. Each course is an adventure—spectacularly beautiful, creative, and, most importantly, delicious right down to the last morsel. We brought a guest from Denver, Colorado, who declared it the best steak she had ever eaten. I chose the carrot Bolognese once again, which remains one of my favorite dishes to eat anywhere, anytime. Another highlight was the caviar grilled cheese—absolutely don’t miss it! If you have the opportunity to dine here, go. Don’t miss the experience. It is truly special.

We went for the NYC Happy Hour and it was a great deal! Service was extremely prompt and friendly. The mini burger on the happy hour menu was delicious. The classic dirty martini was VERY dirty. The parking was easy to find and they validated.
