    We had a lovely time enjoying high tea at the Park Room in the JW Marriott Grosvener House. The theme of the tea was a celebration of the Beatrix Potter books (160th Anniversary). While a pianist played some lovely piano music, we were seated at a comfortable table overlooking Hyde Park. We started with some champagne and finger sandwiches (our two favorites were the beef with horseradish, and the tarragon chicken). The tea selection was quite extensive, and our server Pratigya helped us chose some delicious teas. Next, we enjoyed the Beatrix Potter themed pastries and scones. The attention to detail in each pastry was truly a work of art -- not to mention delicious. It was our Anniversary, and both our servers (Pratigya and Herlyn) did a fantastic job of being attentive, helpful and so courteous. It was such a lovely way to celebrate our Anniversary. I would highly recommend this high tea experience.

    My mother and I, were meant to attend the Sunday Brunch on Mother's day, but had to reschedule a week later due to injury - and we are so glad we did! The restaurant was calm and the service was high standard. The food was beyond my expectation, and we plan to return for another meal soon.
