- MMichaelNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWe had an excellent dining experience at Lazy Dog! From start to finish, the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great time. My steak was slightly undercooked, but what really impressed us was how quickly and professionally the staff handled it. They immediately made things right without hesitation, turning a minor issue into an example of outstanding customer service. It's not always about everything being perfect; it's about how a restaurant responds when something isn't quite right. Lazy Dog absolutely exceeded our expectations! Great food, wonderful atmosphere, and exceptional service. We can't wait to go back! Highly recommended!More infoLazy Dog Restaurant & Bar - Oak Brook$$$$• American• Oak Brook•4.6
